A nonprofit that is committed to turning collective heartache into action. 100% of donations made to Together Rising goes to the work of justice and equality. As an organization, they have donors that give to keep the lights on so that when the average Joe makes a donation it goes directly to the cause.
Rising Together works with organizations like UCDavis’s Law Immigration Clinic & KIND (Kids In Need of Defense: they help protect vulnerable unaccompanied children, preserve access to justice, strengthen local capacity and supportive policies to ensure children’s wellbeing, and advance the development of regional solutions that respect children’s rights and safety) on protecting detain children and family reunification at the border.
They are also helping support families who have suffered during the current Covid-19 pandemic.
