Shipping:

Unfortunately, we have been impacted by COVID-19. Less staff. Less printing facilities for safety measures. Our normal shipping time is 14 days for US orders, however, please allow 30 business days during this pandemic. 

  • Please reach out to us if you don't receive your order after 30 business day at alisha@theexperthotmessmom.com. 

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding as we've never had to navigate a pandemic. 

  • Please note: Our customer service reply time is currently 48-72 hours excluding weekends due to the high volume of inquiries. Thank you for your patience.

 Shipping cost:

  • Depending on the items you order they could be coming from different facilities and shipping reflects this. You will also receive multiple packages if the items you ordered were printed at multiple facilities.

  • We only ship to the US.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Product orders process immediately to ensure our customers receive their products as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once submitted. Make sure to check twice before placing orders!

Can I change my address after a product order is placed?

Once the order is placed, its final. Changes or cancellation can not be made once the order is placed. Please please double check your order before you place it. 

We will always do our best to accommodate any request. Thank you for understanding when we can't! 

If the address on your order is incorrect, we advise you to reroute the package through the carrier's tracking page once shipped. The Expert Hot Mess Mom is not responsible to reroute and reship any orders if wrong shipping address was provided.

Digital Products:

There are no refunds on digital products. Due to the nature of the product once it’s purchased it’s available to you and unable to be returned.
